ORIA Arquitectos is a unique and reknown architecture and urbanism studio, which has left a deep impression on every place it has designed.

In over 40 years of work we have built over 2 million square metres within over 1000 projects developed, mainly focused towards the resort and residential sector. Located at the Costa del Sol, our practice has extended to places such as Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, France and Spain; designing marinas, hotels, golf courses, apartments, villas, residential developments and urban plans.

Since it was established in 1970, the studio has experimented a constant renovation with the integration of new architectural currents, brought by newer and more experienced professionals. This results in a combination of practice and innovative design, shown in our real estate and architectural proposals.
